How do credits work?

Each plan funds a monthly pool of credits shared across your whole branch. Any user draws from the same pool, and a location on your plan shares it with you.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, from your billing tab. The plan card shows your plan and its status, with Cancel subscription beside it.

What happens if a payment fails?

Your branch stays read-only: existing cases and data are viewable, and new work waits until billing is active.

What do I need in the bay?

A browser. With an ELM327 Bluetooth adapter the app can read the VIN and fault codes straight from the car, in Chrome or Edge.
