Terms of Service.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using The Blue Feet ("the Platform"), operated by Aftersages FZC, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a workshop or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis to the payment method on file. Some plans may include a free trial; a valid card is required and billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Annual plans are billed once for the year.
3. Non-payment
If a payment fails or a plan lapses, the branch is placed in read-only mode - existing data remains viewable, but new cases, AI assistance, escalations and user creation are disabled until payment is restored. If the account remains unpaid beyond a grace period determined by Aftersages, the branch and its data may be suspended and subsequently removed.
4. Credits
Each plan funds a monthly pool of credits shared across the branch. Additional credits may be purchased. Credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law.
5. Your data and the shared learning pool
Your branch's data - cases, diagnostics, attachments, and reports - belongs to you. We apply tenant isolation and role-based access controls: your data is visible only to your branch's users, according to the roles you assign.
Contribution to the cross-branch learning pool is off by default. Your branch participates only if a user with settings permission turns it on, after a plain-language consent notice explaining what is and isn't shared. Every opt-in and opt-out is recorded with the acting user and timestamp.
If your branch participates, anonymized patterns derived from your resolved cases - with identifiers, VINs, and customer details removed - may contribute to shared insights available to other participating branches. Shared patterns are reviewed by a human before use.
You may opt out at any time. Opting out takes effect immediately: your branch stops contributing to and receiving from the pool, and your pending (not yet approved) contributions are removed. Patterns already approved as anonymized aggregates remain in the pool, as they no longer identify your branch. The same applies if your branch is deleted: pending contributions are removed before de-identification; approved anonymized aggregates remain.
We use anonymized, aggregated insights derived from the pool solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data or use it for any other purpose.
If we materially change how the pool works or what is shared, we will notify participating branches in advance and provide a reasonable window to opt out before the change applies.
5.1 Guest Map Access
You may, where the functionality is available, provide a person who does not have a The Blue Feet account ("Guest") with temporary access to a specific diagnostic Map by generating a Guest Map link and associated access PIN.
Guest access is limited to the specific case and Map for which the link was generated. You are responsible for deciding whether to provide access to a Guest and for ensuring that you are authorised to provide any information made available to that Guest.
You remain responsible for the use of Guest access by persons to whom you provide or permit access to a Guest Map, including your employees, contractors and other persons acting on your behalf.
Where you permit a Guest to contribute to a case, the Guest may record test results, photographs and other information through the functionality made available to them. Information submitted by a Guest becomes part of your case record and may form part of the diagnostic history, audit trail and repair report associated with that case.
Each Guest contribution may be associated with the Guest's name and may identify the member of your team who provided or enabled the Guest access.
You acknowledge that information entered by a Guest may therefore be retained as part of your case record and made available to users authorised to access that case.
You are responsible for ensuring that Guests are appropriately authorised to perform the relevant activity and for providing them with any information or instructions required by applicable law or your internal policies.
Guest access may be revoked by you at any time and may automatically expire in accordance with the functionality and settings of The Blue Feet. The Blue Feet may also revoke, suspend or restrict Guest access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, legal or operational reasons.
Guests must not use Guest access to enter unnecessary personal data, confidential information relating to third parties, or information unrelated to the diagnostic activity.
6. Acceptable use
The Platform provides diagnostic decision support. It does not replace professional judgement; you remain responsible for repairs performed. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer or resell the service.
7. Partner API
API access is granted to approved partners only - there is no self-serve API signup. API usage is metered and billed in advance as prepaid credits: you top up a credit balance and each diagnosis draws it down. Credits are non-refundable, have no cash value, and your pricing is set out in the proposal we agree with you. The API output is to support your own users; you agree not to resell, redistribute or bulk-scrape it beyond the integration we agree. We do not guarantee availability, uninterrupted service or specific rate limits, and may change or suspend API access to protect the Platform.
8. Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aftersages FZC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
